2. Go to source folder in your USB or DVD Windows Installer

3. Copy sxs folder and paste into Windows Partition

4. Open Command Prompt in Administrator (Press windows+x and choose Command Prompt (Admin))

5. Type this command below then press Enter

dism.exe /online /enable-feature /featurename:NETFX3 /source:c:\sxs /limitaccess
